** The private-equity owner of Refuel is exploring strategic
options including a potential sale that could value the U.S.
convenience-store operator at more than $1.5 billion including

** Boeing BA.N is exploring a possible $6 billion sale of
its Jeppesen navigation unit, Bloomberg News reported.

** Ingka Group, which runs most IKEA stores globally, has
sold its last asset in Russia, a warehouse near Moscow, it said,

will sell its unit, Sembcorp Environment, to a unit of
Indonesian energy company TBS Energi Utama TOBA.JK for S$405

** Private equity firm KKR KKR.N has become the largest
shareholder in Japanese software developer Fuji Soft 9749.T
after completing the first stage of a two-part tender offer, KKR
