                                                                  In accordance with the terms of the plan, the PDMR has committed to save £500
                                                                  per month over a five‑year period. At the end of the savings period, the
                                                                  PDMR may use the accumulated savings to exercise the option over 10,570
                                                                  ordinary shares at the option price of £2.89 per ordinary share. No
                                                                  consideration is payable on the grant of the option.
