 Shawbrook Group plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting
 ("AGM") will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday, 21 May 2026 at Floor 10, 40
 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 2BJ.

 The Notice of AGM has today been published and is available on the Company's
