** SRC posts HY adj pretax profit £75.1 mln ($101.66 mln) vs £67.4 mln a year ago
** Separately, co announces acquisition of Akcinė Bendrovė "Dolomitas" from current shareholders for €110 mln ($127.93 mln ) on debt & cash-free basis, plus further €8 mln for certain non-core assets
** Interim results show business continues to perform well, highlighting attractive qualities of limestone and lime assets, analysts at Panmure Liberum say in a note
** As of last close, stock up ~10.89% YTD
