May 4 (Reuters) - Kuk-Il Paper MFG Co Ltd  078130.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will issue 4th series unregistered/unsecured 
convertible bonds worth of 3 billion won 
    * Says a 100 percent conversion rate of bonds to common 
shares at 440 won/share 
    * Says annual coupon rate is 0 percent and yield to maturity 
is 3 percent, and conversion period from May 26, 2018 to April 
26, 2020
