Oct 26 (Reuters) - Kuk-Il Paper MFG Co Ltd  078130.KQ  : 
     
    * Says 2 billion won worth of its third convertible bonds 
will be issued in proceeds for facility and operations  
    * Says coupon rate is 1 percent and yield to maturity is 15 
percent for the bonds 
    * Conversion price is 2,958 won per share
