Total Graphite plc (TGR.L), the specialist flake graphite company and supplier
of the critical mineral for the global energy transition, advises that the
Circular to shareholders and Notice of a General Meeting ('GM'), have been
distributed today. The GM will be held at 11:00 a.m. on 5 June 2026 at the
offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU,
United Kingdom.

The Circular, Notice of the GM and Proxy Form, which set out the arrangements
for the meeting and how shareholders may vote and ask questions, are also
