June 4 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:
     
** Indian renewable energy firm Inox Clean Energy INOC.NS said it has entered into an agreement to acquire Vena Energy India's 6-gigawatt renewable energy portfolio, bolstering its operating capacity and project pipeline. nL4N42C0YZ
     
** The chief executive of ITV said that the British broadcaster was still "very much actively engaged" in a deal to sell its media and entertainment division to Comcast's Sky. nS8N40409B
     
** U.S. investment firm Castlelake is looking at MSC, the world's largest shipping group, as a partner in a consortium for a potential takeover bid on British budget airline easyJet EZJ.L, Italian daily Corriere della Sera reported.nL8N42C098       
        
** Japan's Yamada Holdings 9831.T and Edion 2730.T said that they plan to merge, aiming to create a giant consumer electronics chain with combined sales of around $16 billion. nL6N42B15B
     
** Canadian power producer TransAlta Corp TA.TO said on Wednesday it will acquire two natural gas-fired peaking facilities near Denver, Colorado, from Blackstone BX.N for about $1 billion, strengthening its presence in the Western U.S. power market. nL4N42B1TT
