Taiwan's Yulon Motor to transfer Luxgen to Foxtron in strategic transaction
TAIPEI, Dec 19 (Reuters) - Yulon Motor will transfer carmaker Luxgen to Foxtron Vehicle Technologies 2258.TW, a Foxconn–Yulon electric vehicle joint venture, in a strategic transaction valued at T$787.6 million ($24.97 million), the companies said on Friday. Foxtron is jointly owned by Yulon Motor, which holds 43.8%, and Foxconn 2317.TW, which owns 45.6%. ($1 = 31.5380 Taiwan dollars) (Reporting by Wen-Yee Lee Editing by David Goodman )
