Refund policy

If you're new to Stockopedia and considering if it's right, we offer a 14-day free trial to each individual upon receiving approval of your payment method. This trial period will allow you to evaluate our offering and have adequate time to cancel. After this period, we bill with a no-refund policy so please maintain and manage your subscription carefully.

As a small business, it would be impossible to plan for the future if customers expect refunds for services already provided. We are billed in advance by our data providers (Refinitiv) on a per-subscriber basis and have considerable costs associated with each subscription.

If you wish for the flexibility to cancel from month to month, we recommend you take out a Monthly plan rather than committing for longer time periods.
