Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities (PDMRs)

Braveheart was notified on 11 March 2022 that Trevor Brown of Braveheart and a
person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company has
purchased 490,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Group ("Ordinary
Shares") at an average price of £0.116 per share in an on-market
transaction.  Trevor Brown now holds a total beneficial interest in 4,466,013
Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 8.55 per cent. of the Company's voting rights).
