    ** BYON to sell company's corporate headquarters located in
Utah to Salt Lake County for $55 million
    ** BYON would continue to occupy and use the headquarters'
data center, as per a lease agreement
    ** Sale to be completed on or before Nov. 30, BYON says in a
regulatory filing
    ** YTD, BYON shares down ~60% as of last close
