Caracal Gold plc, the expanding East African gold producer with over 650,000oz
JORC-compliant gold resources, announces that its Chief Executive, Robbie
McCrae, has purchased 4,050,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average
price of 1.0386p per share for a total cost of £42,062.00, as set out below.
Following these purchases, Robbie McCrae owns 102,500,000 ordinary shares,
representing 5.6 per cent of the issued share capital in the Company.
