Completion of Eighth Share Buyback Programme

Grafton Group plc ("the Company"), the international building materials
distributor and DIY retailer, is pleased to announce that it has completed its
eighth share buyback programme that commenced on 5 March 2026.

 

Between 5 March 2026 and 8 May 2026, 2.75m ordinary shares in the Company were
repurchased on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation at an average price
of £9.10 per share and a total cost of £25m. This represented 1.43 per cent
of the issued share capital of the Company when the eighth buyback programme
commenced.
