Transaction in Own Shares

 

Restore plc ("Restore" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of 5.0 pence each through Investec
Bank plc in the period from 27 April 2026 to 01 May 2026.

cancellation of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 136,077,876
Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
