Sanderson Design Group PLC (AIM: SDG), the luxury interior design and
furnishings group, announces that its Annual Report & Accounts for the
year ended 31 January 2026 and its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

The AGM will be held on 01 July 2026 at 10.00am at Sanderson Design Group's
