General Meeting Result

Total Graphite plc (TGR.L), the specialist flake graphite company and supplier
of the critical mineral for the global energy transition held its General
Meeting ('GM') at 11:00 am today, 5 June 2026.

GM Results

Voting on resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting sent to the
shareholders and dated 13 May 2026 took place with the results displayed
below.

Details of the votes relating to each resolution, which were each carried, are
contained in the table below.
