Profile Summary
A-Cap Energy Limited is an Australia-based resources company focused on the development of critical minerals. The Company’s flagship Letlhakane Uranium Project in Botswana hosts undeveloped uranium resources. The Wilconi Project is the Company’s first nickel-cobalt laterite project interest. The Letlhakane Uranium Project lies adjacent to Botswana’s main North-South infrastructure corridor that includes a sealed all-weather highway (the A1 Highway), a railway line and the national power grid. The Letlhakane Uranium Project has a Mining License designated ML 2016/16L. The Company’s Letlhakane Uranium Project remains as a project asset within the diversified minerals strategy. The Wilconi Project focuses on cobalt and nickel materials supply to the global electric vehicle (EV) market. The Wilconi Project is situated about 700 kilometers (km) from Perth. The Wiluna nickel-cobalt laterite deposit is located within the Archaean Norseman-Wiluna greenstone belt.
