Addiko Bank ad Banja Luka, formerly Hypo Alpe Adria Bank ad Banja Luka, is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based bank. The Company offers its services to private clients, including deposit and credit business, rendering of services in the domestic and international payment operations, brokerage services for the domestic and international capital markets, card business, and e-banking services. It also provides its services to business clients, such as opening and maintenance of corporate accounts; deposits, including term deposits in domestic and foreign currency, as well as sight deposits in local currency; corporate lending; documentary business, encompassing forfeiting, factoring, letter of credit (L/C) and letter of guarantee (L/G); Internet banking, business cards, investment banking, among others. The major shareholder of the Company is Addiko Bank AG.
