Allgaeuer Brauhaus AG is a Germany-based producer of a range of traditionally brewed beers. The Company's products are sold in retail outlets, as well as bars and restaurants in the Allgaeu region of southern Germany. Its range of beers includes Altenmuenster Urig Wuerzig, Altenmuenster Hopfig Herb, Altenmuenster Maibock, Altenmuenster Winterbier, Hefe Weissbier, Zwickel Naturtrueb, Metzgerbier, Bayrisch Hell, Urbayrisch Dunkel, Allgaeuer Jadgbier, Winterfestbier, St. Magnus Heller Bock, Cambonator Doppelbock, Festbier, Osterfestbier, Stiftsweizenbock, Bueble Bier, Alt Kemptener Weisse, Fuerstabt Hefeweizen light, Fuerstabt Hefeweizen, Urtyp Export and Teutsch Pils. As of December 31, 2011 the Company operated the wholly owned subsidiary Gambrinus Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-GmbH located in Kempten and the majority owned company Getraenke Service Allgaeu-Kleinwalsertal GmbH. The Company is majority-owned by Dr. August Oetker KG.
