Profile Summary
Aly Energy Services, Inc. is an oilfield rental and services company. The Company provides oilfield services to oil and gas exploration and production companies, primarily in Texas. The Company, through its subsidiary Austin Chalk Petroleum Services, provides various equipment rentals and services to its customers. It owns 54 vertical 400-barrel mud circulating (MCTs) and 127 500-barrel MCTs. It develops vertical 400-barrel MCTs as a solution that minimizes location size. It owns 12 mud mixing plants (MMPs) ranging in size from 100-barrel capacity to 500-barrel capacity. Its containment systems consist of berms and plastic linings. Its rental fleet also includes light towers, crossovers for flare lines, portable fuel tanks, frac tanks, generators, welding machines, forklifts, air compressors and other related equipment. Its services include trucking and rig-up and rig-down of its equipment on the customer site. It also provides cleaning, maintenance and decommissioning services.
