Profile Summary
Apis SA, formerly HMSG SA, is a Poland-based company engaged in online-marketing. The Company’s main areas of business are leading the group of subsidiary companies, creation and management of subsidiaries’ business offer, planning and realization of the group strategy, financing of potentially valuable projects and management of existing investment projects. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was active through its 100%-owned subsidiary, SecondStreet Polska Sp. z o.o., which runs secondstreet.pl, an Internet platform intended for one-to-one communication with clients, as well as providing other e-commerce, social shopping, smart shopping and shopper marketing services. In addition, the Company manages two Nasze-wojsko.pl and Nasza-policja.pl. As of August 13, 2012, the Company established a new wholly owned subsidiary, Apis Tech Sp. z o.o., engaged in managing technologic companies. On October 31, 2012, the Company acquired PW Apis H-Ozieblo-D.Ozieblo Sp.j.
