Profile Summary
BBMF Corporation (BBMF), formerly known as eChex Worldwide Corp., is a global developer and distributor of Java and binary run-time environment for wireless (BREW)-based video games and other software applications, such as ringtones and wallpaper for use on mobile phone handsets. The Company's operations are carried out primarily through subsidiaries in Japan and in China. BBMF develops and distributes original game content with a focus on creating games based on characters from animation or comic books, television shows, or characters from other gaming platforms. It delivers its wireless and mobile content across a variety of mobile phone platforms, including advanced second-generation handsets phones and third-generation handsets. Prior to a reorganization completed, on April 9, 2004, and a reverse takeover, BBMF operated under the name eChex Worldwide Corp. On September 30, 2004, the Company purchased Atlus Co., Ltd.'s mobile distribution business.
