The Company is an integrator of technology and solutions. The Company's subsidiary is BFHJ Energy Solutions, LLC (BES). BES is an integrator of energy conservation technologies and services for the built environment (infrastructure, buildings, public sector and institutional facilities). BES provides turnkey solutions, including evaluation, design, installation, finance, operations, monitoring, maintenance and analytics. BES has four technology platforms: commercial scale solar installations, light emitting diode (LED) relamping installations, solar and on-grid LED streetlights and building management systems.
