Profile Summary
Berkshire Homes, Inc. is focused on the acquisition, rehabilitation and sale of distressed residential properties in the United States. The Company also considers acquisitions of multi-family and single-family properties in its target markets through various acquisition channels, including foreclosure auctions, online auctions, brokers, multiple listing services, short sales and bulk purchases from institutions or investor groups. The Company has acquired approximately 23 properties, of which it sold 11 properties. Also, three properties are under contract for sale, two are listed for sale and seven are under rehabilitation. These properties include single and multi-family residences in six states.
