Bitcoin Treasury Corporation is a Canada-based company which offers institutional Bitcoin lending services designed to provide liquidity solutions to clients. The Company's services include institutional bitcoin lending services, institutional bitcoin liquidity services and layer 2 liquidity and collateral. Its lending services include Bitcoin denominated loans and do not involve virtual currency exchange or virtual currency transfer services. It has applied to be a Money Services Business registered with the FINTRAC. If such registration is obtained, it intends to offer institutional-grade Bitcoin liquidity services. It is also focused on capitalizing on the adoption of Bitcoin by delivering virtual currency services to institutions, as well as advancing infrastructure and operational capabilities for Bitcoin Layer 2 networks. Its clients may include large corporations, institutional asset managers, regulated crypto asset trading platforms and investment funds that invest in Bitcoin.
