Profile Summary

Bontex, Inc. manufactures specialty materials. The Company formulates and produces specialty composite materials within a range of performance characteristics, physical properties, widths, and calipers. Its key markets include Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, Middle East, India, and the Americas. The Company manufactures cellulose board and light gauge, nonwoven board and strobel. The Company provides its customers with elastomeric impregnated cellulose fiberboard products to the degree of fitness-for-purpose. BONTEX insole products are MORI-FRESH treated to resist bacteria, fungi and mold. It uses RECYCLED cellulose fibers for products such as visors, brims, and size bands for headwear as well as insoles for all of its footwear products. The Company’s cellulose board and light gauge products are classified as footwear – cellulose and non footwear - light gauge, such as luggage, leather goods, automotive and allied.
