Cambell International Holding Corp. through its Peoples Republic of China (PRC) affiliated entity, Liaoning Kangbaier Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd., engages in the research and development of extraction processes of natural b -carotene and the planting and harvesting of raw materials as well as the production, distribution, marketing and sale of natural b -carotene health food products. Natural b-carotene is a source of vitamin A which is an essential nutrient important for vision, growth, cell division, reproduction, and immunity as well as containing antioxidant properties which offer protection from diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Its Natural b-carotene drink contains 4 milligrams (mg) of beta carotene per 100 milligrams (ml). The Company has developed and designed various forms of products, such as liquid, powder, and pasta. The Baijiakang Healthy Lifestyle Supermarket, offered as a franchise, is intended to serve the middle-aged and elderly residents in the community.
