The Castle Group, Inc. is a hospitality and hotel management company. The Company operates in the hotel and resort management industry in the State of Hawaii, New Zealand, and the Commonwealth of Saipan under the trade name Castle Resorts and Hotels. The Company, through its subsidiaries, manages resort condominiums and hotels on all the main islands within the state of Hawaii, and a property located in New Zealand. It operates through resort and hotel management services segment. It has a portfolio of properties located in island resort destinations in the Pacific Region. It represents hotels, resort condominiums, luxury villas and lodging accommodations throughout Hawaii and in New Zealand. In Hawaii, it represents properties on over five main Hawaiian Islands of Oahu, Maui, Kauai, Molokai and Hawaii. It offers a range of services to property owners, including hotel and resort management and operations, reservations staffing and operations, sales and marketing, and accounting.
