CGS International, Inc., doing business as World Agri Minerals (WAM), manufactures, markets, and sells commercial agri-products. WAM operates as a sole-proprietorship whose operations focus on pursuing the formulation, manufacturing, sales, marketing and distribution of its commercial agriproduct the GENESIS 89 and GENESIS 89 Gold, which is the formulation and packaging of a commercial agriproduct using a natural process whereby minerals are extracted from deep-ocean deposits and combined with additional organic ingredients resulting in the GENESIS 89 and GENESIS 89 Gold. GENESIS 89 is formulated to contain over 80 different trace minerals and contains a blend of these organic trace minerals. Its GENESIS 89 premium organic growth supplement can be applied as a soil amendment and/or foliar spray. Genesis 89 Gold is being blended specifically for use and deployment in the cannabis industry. GENESIS 89 Genesis 89 Gold is shipped as concentrate to commercial growers.
