Profile Summary
Cindrigo Holdings Limited is a Guernsey-based renewable energy company. The Company is a developer of clean baseload power plants primarily focused on geothermal power and waste-to-energy. It primarily targets geothermal projects in Central Europe, with a first round of projects identified in the Pannonian Basin of Central Europe. The Company owns Energy Co-Invest Global Corp (ECG), an international energy developer with a portfolio of projects within the renewable-energy sector that has rights and intellectual property related to renewable energy projects and operations globally. ECG has three geothermal license blocks in Croatia. ECG also owns GEG ehf. (GEG), a geothermal engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor and project owner based in the globally recognized geothermal hub of Reykjavik, Iceland.
