Its main business includes the provision of bankruptcy admission services and Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) proposal consultancy and implementation services. The Company, through its subsidiary YOZO FinancePty Ltd (YOZO), offers OZO SME and YOZO Pay. YOZO SME solutions include business loans. OZO Pay is a buy now pay later solution. The Company’s subsidiaries also include CS Funding Pte Limited (ICS) and Hup Hoe Credit Pte Limited (HHC).
