Curtiss Motorcycles Company Inc., formerly Confederate Motors, Inc., including its subsidiaries, is a manufacturer of American handcrafted street motorcycles. The Company offers one production model, the P51 Fighter Combat. The Company's manufacturing operations consist of in-house production of certain components and parts, assembly of motorcycle components and conducting quality control of finished motorcycles. The Company manufactures components, which include welded motorcycle frames and exhausts. Its motorcycle components specific to its bikes are outsourced for production to its specifications to various vendors, including engines, machined frame components, transmission gears, belt drives, fenders, fuel tanks and seats.
