Eko International Corp is a holding company. The Company focuses on examining a range of proposed target businesses and if interested, intends to negotiate terms and conditions of purchase favorable to it. The Company holds interests in NeuroVasc Clinical Inc. The business of NeuroVasc Clinical Inc. is to promote and distribute Frequency Rhythmic Electrical Modulation System (FREMS) equipment supplied by Lorenz Neurovasc Inc.; set up and/or manage clinics to treat patients using FREMS equipment, and set up training and certification centers for technicians in the use of FREMS equipment. FREMS equipment is used in the treatment of peripheral neuropathy, which is damage to nerves in extremities, such as lower legs and feet, causing an interruption in communication between the brain and parts of the body with damaged nerves.
