The primary focus of the Company is on small to medium-size portfolios based on a diversified asset allocation in Canada, mainly in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario. The Company operates through three segments: ownership of revenue-producing multi-residential, commercial, industrial and office properties (Rental Income), development and sale of investment properties (Development Income) and management of investment properties from associates and joint ventures (Management Fees).
