Profile Summary
EXLA Resources Inc is an exploration and development company focused on the acquisition of mineral assets in established mineral belts. The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring mining leases with the intention of building operations to either mine or to prove up reserves to sell the leases to other mining companies. It owns 100% of the Rimrock Gold Project, located within the Ivanhoe Mining District of Nevada. The Rimrock Gold Project comprises approximately 133 unpatented lode claims that cover an area of 2,722.56 acres. It is also looking to acquire claims and to develop mining operations in Idaho, Arizona, and other United States-based locations. It also offers contracting services and supplies, both directly and through subcontractors.
