Finatis SA is a holding company with interests in the commercial property investment, food and sport goods distribution. The Company is operational through three main companies: Groupe Casino, engaged in the food distribution, which is present in France, through a number of entities, such as Casino, Geant Casino, Petit Casino, Monoprix, Franprix and Leader Price, as well as in the international market, mainly in the Latin America and South Asia, through CBD, Exito and Big C; Groupe Go Sport, engaged in sport goods distribution, present in France and Poland through Go Sport and Courir; as well as Fonciere Euris, engaged in the real estate, food distribution and investment activities. Finatis owns through Fonciere Euris and Rallye property assets (mainly shopping malls) and investment of private equity portfolio.
