Profile Summary
Flat Capital AB (publ) is a Sweden-based investment company. The Company is mainly focused on long-term investment strategies and growth stage companies. Its investments are primarily made through a network of investors and entrepreneurs. Flat Capital wants to contribute with long-term capital to entrepreneur-led companies that are otherwise dependent on investors with a short-term horizon. The Company is essentially a passive minority shareholder. Examples of its portfolio companies include Klarna, OpenAI, Instabee, Figma and DeepL. Flat Capital’s aim is to facilitate successful company building and enable exposure to promising companies. The investments are made globally, but a large part of the current portfolio consists of Nordic companies.
