Goliath National Inc, formerly ZA Group, Inc., is a brand development company. It is focused on acquiring direct to consumer (DTC) brands that deliver various products in fashion, street, wellness, home, active and outdoor lifestyle sectors. It operates primarily through two different subsidiaries. It is engaged in an expanding network of joint venture operations with First Nations communities through Econic Crop Solutions, Inc. Econic Crop Solutions, Inc. builds and supplies indoor farming modules to grow and extract cannabis products for domestic and export markets. These systems include the portable structures that house the production grow pods, the grow pod equipment, and the product extraction facilities. Through another subsidiary, NFID, LLC (NFID), the Company operates a direct-to-consumer brand that manufactures apparel and accessories. NFID is a lifestyle brand that focuses on active lifestyles. It is also involved in the sustainable food manufacturing space through E-Roots.
