Green Energy Group, Inc., formerly eCom eCom.com, Inc., was focused on separating all ten of its current business segments, USA SportsNet, Inc., USA Performance Products, Inc., eSecureSoft Corp., USAS Digital, Inc., Pro Card Corporation, AAB National Company, A Classified Ad, Inc., Swap and Shop.net Corp., A Super Deal.com, Inc. and MyZipSoft, Inc., during the fiscal year ended May 31, 2005. On June 4, 2004, the Company spun-off each of the above listed companies into separate public companies. On November 29, 2004, an involuntary petition was filed against the Company in the United States Southern District Bankruptcy Court under Title 11, Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
