Profile Summary
Halberd Corporation is a holding company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition vehicle for established businesses. It is also developing treatments for neurodegenerative diseases, such as post-traumatic stress disorder/chronic traumatic encephalopathy (PTSD/ CTE), Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. It has two issued patents, and four provisional patent applications related to the extracorporeal treatment of blood-borne diseases and cerebrospinal fluid related diseases, with particular focus on the treatment and rapid detection of Covid-19 and other viruses. Its Sequential Dialysis Technique is a methodology that physically removes the pathophysiologic basis of the disease, eliminating it without side effects. The Company’s subsidiaries include Alaric Corporation, and Extendalife, Inc.
