Herborium Group, Inc. is a novel botanical therapeutics company focused on developing, licensing, and marketing of proprietary, botanical based medicinal products, targeting unmet medical needs. The Company responds to both consumers and healthcare professionals demand for treatment and prevention of selected diseases and health concerns. Its flagship product, AcnEase is an herbal, oral treatment for patients with acne or rosacea. It is engaged in the development of a series of the artificial intelligence (AI)-based content products related to dermatological and beauty space. AcnEase Skin Management System is a set of complementary all natural skin products which enhance the results of AcnEase. The first products in this series to be launched are AcnEase Skin Balancing Mask for Women and AcnEase Skin Treatment Mask for Men. In addition to its complementary effect for treatment of Acne the mask also improves acne marks and scars without harsh derma-abrasion action or laser treatment.
