Infra Holding AD (Railway Infrastructure Holding Company AD Sofia, Zhelezopatna Infrastruktura-Holdingovo Druzhestvo AD Sofia or ZIHD) is a Bulgaria-based holding company principally engaged in the railway industry. The Company’s activities are divided in two main sectors: railway infrastructure and maintenance; and support, renovation and modernization of the existing railway constituents. The infrastructure operations include building of railways and their repairs, production of reinforced products and constructions for the railway infrastructure. The Company provides testing, certification, control and surveillance products, processes and services for rail infrastructure, rail and trolley buses, and control of maintenance and operational activities in rail and trolley transport and related infrastructure. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries and one affiliated company.
