The Company has three divisions: Technology, Furniture and Rugged solutions. Technology division consists of six main brands: Impart, PNE, Hazavoid, Safezone, Inventis International and ECD. The division is a provider of contract design services for original equipment manufacturers and specializing in electronic control solutions. Furniture division features five brands: Gregory Commercial Furniture, Workstations, Bassets Furniture, Bevisco and Winya. The division provides a comprehensive suite of furniture solutions tailored to modern workplace needs. The Rugged solutions division consists of Opentec, which is an original rugged computer specialist. The Rugged solutions division offers from semi-rugged to fully rugged solutions for general purpose and field-based applications to military rugged models for defense roles.
