IRB Infrastructure Trust is an India-based private trust. The Trust is engaged in setting up, operating, and managing toll road assets in India. The Trust has approximately 14 highway assets in the States of Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Goa, Karnataka, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh. The Trust has a combination of four, six and eight lane assets and has over 11 build-operate-transfer (BOT) concessions, three toll, operate, and transfer (TOT) concessions covering approximately 9,789 lane kilometers. Its assets include the Kaithal Rajasthan Four Laning Project, Agra Etawah Six Laning Project, Gulabpura Chittorgarh Six Laning Project, Udaipur Shamlaji Six Laning Project, Palsit Dankuni Six Laning Project, Solapur Yedeshi Four Laning Project, Yedeshi Aurangabad Four Laning Project, and Karwar Kundapura Four Laning Project. The sponsor of the Trust is IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited. The Trust's investment manager is MMK Toll Road Private Limited.
