Profile Summary
Kiaro Holdings Corp. is a Canada-based independent omni-channel cannabis retailer. The Company has 17 operating licensed retail cannabis locations throughout British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Ontario; an e-commerce platform offering consumption accessories in Canada, the United States, and Australia; and its subsidiary, National Cannabis Distribution Inc. (NCD), which wholesales cannabis products to other licensed retailers in Saskatchewan. The Company has three segments. Retail Cannabis Stores segment operates retail locations to sell and distribute cannabis and cannabis related products to individual consumers. Wholesale Cannabis Business segment owns and operates a wholesale cannabis business. NCD purchases finished goods from licensed producers and sells to retail cannabis operators in the province. eCommerce segment owns and operates three e-commerce businesses that sell consumption accessories through its subsidiaries, Kiaro Digital Ltd. and Kiaro Australia Pty Ltd.
