Killbuck Bancshares, Inc. is a holding company of The Killbuck Savings Bank Company (the Bank). The Bank is a state-chartered bank. The Bank provides customary retail and commercial banking services to its customers, including checking, savings, and time deposit accounts, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Internet banking, bill payment, and safe deposit facilities, as well as a full complement of real estate, commercial, and consumer loan products. The Company and its subsidiaries operate in the commercial banking industry, and provides banking and bank-related services, which include residential real estate, commercial mortgage, commercial and consumer loan financing, as well as investment securities and charges for deposit services to its customers through 11 full-service branches and one loan production office. Its segments include Real Estate Residential and Farm, Real Estate Commercial and Construction, Commercial and Other Loans, and Consumer and Credit Cards.
