The Company is focused on the acquisition of prime sites for project development into residential, commercial and mixed-use apartments. The principal activity of the Company is to develop medium to high-density residential apartments, initially focusing on developments in the city of Brisbane, Australia. It is focused on developing medium to high-density residential apartments in South-East Queensland. The Company's project is located at 100 Barry Parade, Fortitude Valley. The Barry Parade site comprises various single storey commercial/industrial units together with an operational service station and is occupied by two tenants on a monthly holdover. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Land & Homes Investment Pty Ltd, Brisbane Land Holdings Pty Ltd and BLH Wharf Pty Ltd.
