Profile Summary
Leptos Calypso Hotels Public Ltd is a Cyprus-based hotel operator. The Company's main activities consist of the operation and management of various tourist projects, such as resorts, hotel apartments and restaurants. As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned and operated two hotel units located in Paphos: the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort, a five-star resort that offers accommodation in 422 rooms and suites, and the Thalassa Hotel, a boutique hotel which is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World and offers 58 rooms. The Company’s main subsidiaries include Karina Properties Ltd, which owns property for the development of tourism projects; Vesta Tourist Management Ltd, engaged in renting and managing hotels and other tourist accommodations; Karkavatsos & Co. S.A., a Greece-based company that owns and operates the five-star beach hotel Panorama in Chania, Crete, and Rosethorn Ltd, which owns property for hotel and resort development.
