LGA Holdings, Inc. (LGA) is the sole owner of its operating subsidiary, Let's Go Aero, Inc. (Aero). Aero is the inventor, manufacturer, importer, and distributor of its product lines. The Company’s brands include LittleGiant Trailer, GearWagon l, Silent Towing Products, GearCage, Tentris, ArcHaus, Tentris, VeeMeand BikeWIng, AerFoil, HexWerx, HexCap, GearBag and LittleGiant Trailer. The VeeMe and BikeWIng family of bicycle carriers is for carrying bicycles on a wide-range of surfaces and cross-platforms. It is designed for use in unprecedented ways, suspending a bicycle by the inside of its wheels. GearBag expandable cargo tote serves as an alternative to hard sided coverage to ensure protection of gear in the elements.
